We have witnessed some biggies in the box office months of February, May and August earlier this year and with October being here we can only expect a few more to join for making an entry into 100 crore club. So, we breakdown the 10 major releases set to come during next summer and they are. Each of these movies belong to different genres, action packed thrillers and emotional dramas with the commitment or aim at making long lasting impact on audiences.

1. Bagheera (31st October)


Boodak is an Indian-Canadian policeman action thriller written by Prashant Neel and directed by Doctor Suri. Suri all out to capture your attention with this intense film. Bagheera will be produced by Hamle Films and marks October 31 as one of the few highly-anticipated action movies this year. The right mixture of adrenalin high action sequences and spellbinding story, this film will most likely be a huge crowd puller.

2. Amarnagar (31st October)


After that, one of the biopic film *Amarnagar* which is directed by Rajkumar Hasada starring Shiva Karthik and Sai Pallavi. The Films and Sony Pictures production, directed by a giant appointed to depict the life of an influential character from South Indian history. The film will take you to the era of 50s with a nuanced and character-driven narrative that I presume no one should miss out on. *Bagheera *will lock horns with the film on October 31.

3. Zebra (31st October)


Happy to announce the launch of a pan-Indian political drama from south India - #Zebra, starring @kishore_kishy and directed by Ishwar Karthik. The movie stars Satyadev, Sathyaraj and Dhananjay in the key roles. Zebra is set to break the mould in Indian cinema this season with its hard hitting storyline and performance. Meanwhile, TYAAR will also be a force to reckon with for other big releases of the day when it arrives on October 31st.

4. Lucky Bhaskar (October 31st)


Lucky Bhaskar: Dulquer Salmaan, Meenakshi Choudhary And Surya Srinivas To Star In The Telugu Movie Banky Atal-directed film was initially scheduled for release in September, but now it will arrive on October 31st. Presented by Sitara Entertainment, the film has an interesting story and adds a mix of humor which will be entertaining the audiences.

5. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 (1st November)


After the success of one of Bollywood's rare horror-comedy franchises, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is directed by Anees Bazmee. The film stars Kartik Aaryan, Trupti Dimri,Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit in the significant roles. Bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar under the T-Series banner, this action- adventure has been one of most awaited movie that comes with a heavy budget as high as ₹150 crores. This film has made some noise as a horror-comedy-thriller coming soon from the South-of-the-Wall mystique. However, *Singham Again* releases November 1st making it a busy movie weekend.

6. Singham Again • 1st November


The popular *Singham* series is set to score a hat-trick with the much-awaited third version titled *Singham Again*. Ajay Devgn returns as fearless cop Bajirao Singham, and the rest of the cast is sewn up with Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff (who also played singam in Movie 3) Ranveer Singh & Kareena Kapoor. The movie also has a special cameo of Chulbul Pandey, the iconic character portrayed by Salman Khan who along with his presence in Bharat teaser will surely make it grander and perfect. The film, which is scheduled to be released on 1st November will feature a musician and some heavy-octane fight sequences.

7. Kangwa (15th November)


Kangwa is an upcoming Indian Tamil fantasy-action film directed by Shiva, and starring Suriya,, Disha Patani,,,Bobby Deol The film which was to be released in the month of October, got postponed due to *Batiaan* featuring Rajinikanth. * He will next be seen in *Kangwa*, set to release on 15 November and is being made at a whopping cost of ₹350 crores backing by the UV Creations. The film will open in 10 languages, making it a movie to present across India.

8. Matka (14th November)

Based on true events of 2002, *The Sarmati Report* is a Hindi language drama-thriller. Helmed by Ranjan Chand the film features Vikrant Massey, Rashi Khanna and Riddhi Dogra. This movie has been delayed more times than I have said disputing keyboards, but now it's scheduled to come out on November 15th. Both in true fashion, The Sarmati Report looks to be a realistic display of the subject matter and will more than likely be an emotional rollercoaster ride delivered via powerful performances by its cast.

10. Metro (29th November)


Last but not least, * Metro* is an forthcoming Bollywood drama-thrillerFilm directed by Anurag Basu. The film was announced four years ago and has Aditya Roy Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Anupam Kher, Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal in the lead roles.
